Dimple’s journey into the world of optics started when she walked into an optician for a regular eye examination as a teenager and walked out with the dream of becoming a Dispensing Optician.

 

25 years later her passion for the profession has grown significantly and she feels truly blessed to come to work everyday loving what she does while making a difference in people’s lives. Dimple started her her optical journey in Nakuru, Kenya and spent 18 years in London enhancing her knowledge in the world of optics using the most up-to-date methodologes and accurate dispensing tools.

 

Dimple’s core value is to wow her clients in all aspects of her customer service - from the moment you pick up the phone or walk into the practice - to the moment you walk out with your fabulous glasses.

 

Dimple wants you to fall in love with your glasses as much as she loves wearing hers. Not just as a necessary tool for everyday use but as an opportunity to personally and individually express who you are. You will often find her matching her glasses to the dress she is wearing on the day!

 

Outside of optics, Dimple is also a passionate lover of watching sports and enjoys exploring different cusines from around the world. And making Kash’s life miserable ( her favourite pastime)
